Recently I wanted to sell an apartment I owned. It was not an easy sell because not only was there a tenant in place who had been there a really long time and was not totally pleased with the sale process, but also Livia's client (me!)works in property knew everything, and no agent was able to tell him anything! I was certain of the value of the apartment, and told Livia. She was very kind to me; smiled, and said she would do her best to get me that figure or even a little more. She worked around the very difficult tenancy situation, and got several people really interested and committed to going to auction. At the auction there were initially no bids; I was getting rather anxious, and less sure of myself. Livia soothed my nerves, and she and her team gave competent and professional advice throughout the auction process. The short story is she got a price of more than $25,000.00 above what I was "certain" was the value!
Livia is completely professional; she is a very intelligent person and brings that intelligence to her work. She is calm, thorough and honest. She deals with purchasers in a completely open and ethical way; and supplied information they wanted immediately. I was very happy working with Livia and very pleased with the job she did.

Livia did an outstanding job from start to finish. I must acknowledge that due to my own personal circumstances, dealing with me was probably not easy for Livia. I was often uncontactable and often busy with other activities (including moving house here in Australia), so I was not able to respond immediately to all email requests from Livia and their were some issues with the property that made selling it in its current state difficult. However, Livia made the process as easy as it could be, by being persistent with trying to reach me, clearly outlining the process we had to follow and the steps I had to perform, providing a continual flow of information and advice to me about the marketing of my property, feedback from prospective buyers, legal compliance, the auction process etc and even going above and beyond the call of duty to perform some actions on my behalf where it was difficult for me to act due to being located in
Australia. Livia is pleasant, friendly and courteous and always professional. I would definitely deal with Livia again should the need arise.
