Four years ago I bought my apartment from Felix Bogdanovic. When circumstances meant that I had to sell, the first person I called was Felix. Felix is now working with Vaishal Patel (VK) so I found myself with two real estate agents. I also found myself selling in a market that is turning. At all times, he was full of cheer, full of zest and full of vigour. Week after week, VK worked relentlessly and put in every effort to make sure he showed us homes, to best suit us. We truly appreciate the endless patience he displayed no matter how many questions and clarifications we sought. No matter what, he was always calm and composed. His genuine willingness to be available and helpful whenever we called is a quality that touched our hearts. VK is more a friend than just a professional alliance. We can't thank him enough for standing by us in this wonderful journey and helping us find our beautiful home. A big thank you to VK Patel for his great sense of professionalism, his efficiency and most of all his burning desire to serve his clients to the best of his ability.
