Selling your home is a daunting process. To begin with, we made a few mistakes as one does. Once we had decided to go with Team Morris … yes, correct... Leila and Zoe-Lou come as a team....we, at last, had a clear direction and a positive way forward.

We were very fussy about how we wanted our open homes run, and we stipulated two salespeople must be on-site during these times. This wasn't an issue for the team. We're just coming down to earth again after a state of euphoria. You see, Leila effectively sold our house within three days of it going on the market. Effectively, because by the end of second open home there were already other registered bidders for the auction. The auction was brought forward but the other bidders didn't raise a finger so the offer price - which became the reserve - brought the hammer down.
It's the stuff every vendor dreams of. It was fantastic to have reached a sale and purchase agreement right at the beginning of the anticipated three week marketing period. It was even more fantastic to see the offer that Leila had brought to the table. She knew our expectations but exceeded them - brilliant!
