I am an experienced salesperson with an extensive record in the industry. I have sold many different types of properties across Auckland and am recognised as a specialist in both rural sales and project developments. My personal experience with investment properties and ongoing success with property sales enables me to provide my clients with up-to-date and sound market analysis and prepare effective marketing campaigns that deliver results.
I am fluent in Mandarin and English and New Zealand has been home the past 20 years. Over that time I have developed a profound understanding of both the Eastern and Western cultures, as well as the local market. Together with my extensive knowledge and insights into the industry, a strong work ethic and an ability to work with clients in both the Chinese and local Kiwi market, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their property dreams and/or best return on investment. I am caring and empathetic to my clients' needs and this is my secret to developing trust and respect. I tailor marketing strategies to accommodate each individual's varying needs and goals. One of my strengths is being able to relate to people from all walks of life.
In 2014, I worked closely with the developer of Waterlily Garden in Hobsonville and in 2015, I successfully marketed the Edgerley Newmarket development. From selecting and purchasing of the section to architectural designs, advising on floor plans, pricing strategy, setting up a display suite, proposing product mix, executing an ongoing and effective marketing campaign, to the completion of Stage I units and settlements of customers in 2021, my hands-on approach to managing the project sale maximises results over the duration of the project.
In my leisure time, I love sports and enjoy a game of badminton on a weekly basis with friends and family. I am passionate about practising yoga too.
