We are writing to thank Leo Chen for his help with the property settlement last Friday, 9 April 2021. For some unknown reason, the Vendor refused to comply with the obligation under the agreement and the conveyancing practice on settlement date, e.g. removing the rubbish and releasing the key etc.

Our client, the purchaser was considering taking further action under the agreement as we had no other options. This would make the transaction complicated and it would also be a waste of time to our client. Many thanks to Leo who facilitated this, and communicated effectively with the Vendor. Eventually the issues were resolved and our client obtained a clean house and all the keys.
