For me, it’s the many challenges that make real estate such an exciting industry. Whether it’s finding that special property for a buyer or selling a property for more than the vendor ever dreamed of, I always rise to the occasion. And there’s nothing I like more than negotiating for a good result!
Building a strong working relationship with clients from the outset has proved to be very successful for me when it comes to a positive outcome. There are often problems to solve during the process but I work my way through them.
Whether I’m preparing an appraisal for a client or helping my buyers navigate the banking system, my Business Management and Accounting qualifications are a definite advantage. Prior to working in residential sales, I spent a number of years in Property Management. It was an excellent way to understand what’s important to people, not just in their home, but also in the geographical area.
My family and I bought our first home in Papatoetoe. We love the lifestyle here, there are opportunities aplenty and whether you’re travelling north, south, east or west, there is easy access to many places.
