Vivek worked really hard for us; his timely communication and fast responses gave us the feeling that we were really a priority rather than just a number. Developers are a special breed, and if you have a property suitable for development, you want someone who really knows their market. Vivek has a wide network of developers who he proactively pitched our property to, which meant there was competition at the auction. We surpassed our reserve and 'happy price'. David the auctioneer was also brilliant - very patient and really worked the bidders - so together they made a formidable team. The only downside (and not a reflection on Vivek) was the long settlement period (seven months, unfortunately the norm for developers) - if we hadn't been realistic and accepted the risk that comes with that, we may have had a different outcome.
