We were newly engaged and actively looking for our first nest at the time (mid-2020). As the housing market was booming, it was stressful and we were unsure where to even begin until Yong-Seok got on board. With his exceptional insight in the property market, he short-listed and viewed a lot of houses that fitted our checklist. I both sold and bought a house through Yong. He was very familiar with this because it was his job, but because it is a rare occasion in my life, so naturally, I had a lot of questions and concerns. However, he would never hesitate to explain any questions we had and even offered to come directly to us to explain and answer our questions if needed.
