She was polite, courteous, always able to answer any questions I had and I had a lot. This is my first home and I didn't know the process but Resham made everything easy, helpful suggestions and great insight. I have already recommended her to friends. Nothing was ever any trouble, even my calls at 10pm. She was always in my corner and when things weren't right for me she was honest about it - I loved that about her.
