Melody went over and beyond the normal for selling our unit. Because we lived in Hamilton she was busy organising tradesmen and access to the unit when we couldn't get to Auckland. She was very realistic about our prospects for sale and the price we could receive and she was very proactive with the marketing and following up on prospective buyers. I think the unit sold so quickly because she would point out the possibilities for improvement to the buyers.
