I met Babu via referral from a close work mate on the 29th November at 12.30pm. 5 hours after my initial meeting with Babu I was presented with all the information including my appraisal and plan for selling my property. I had 5 days to prepare my property ready for my first Open Home. During these days he was in contact with me every day making sure that we were on target, keeping me up to date on what he was doing to sell my property and offered help if I required it. My house was officially on the market the day of the first Open Home and by 9pm I had my first conditional agreement, three days later I had a backup unconditional agreement. I put this down to the extensive marketing, (photos, trademe, flyers, signage etc) advice, and hard work that he put in . I was very pleased with the result as I got two really good offers and even though my property had agreements, buyers were still coming to my property, driving by and taking pictures of the sign. At all times Babu acted on our behalf with the utmost dedication, perseverance, and professionalism. He worked long hours and into the night making sure every detail was attended to, and keeping in touch with all.
From the start, he gave us a detailed road map of the marketing process, including Open Homes, advertisements online and in print, flyers, etc. He provided us with regular and detailed progress reports, diligently followed up each and every lead, kept in touch with potential buyers, and gave us valuable feedback on the opinions of open home visitors, and the market in general.
This was not a straightforward process, we made things very difficult, as we had to delay the start of the marketing by some weeks, as our new property was not available when first promised, and then we departed on a previously booked coach tour of the South Island in the middle of the open home schedule.
