What do I love about real estate? I love the challenge of achieving the very best offer for my vendors and finding the most suitable property for my buyers.

Barfoot & Thompson, a family-owned and run business, has been assisting people with their property needs for nearly 100 years.

Prior to real estate, I worked in the travel industry for 16 years. It was here I learned my sales skills and the value of the very best customer service. To succeed, I had to be good at listening and understanding my clients’ needs and it was a real advantage being able to relate to people from a wide range of cultures.

I bring all of these skills to my real estate career along with empathy for my clients and their situation. Also, when it comes to closing a deal, I’m very persistent.

Auckland has been home for me for around 22 years. The neighbourhoods are so friendly and the diverse cultures make it an interesting and exciting city. Auckland combines the energy and excitement of city life with spectacular natural beauty in every direction. It’s also a wonderful place to raise a family.

Outside of work, I spend time with my beautiful daughter. I have a special love of dogs in fact I consider them to be not just an animal, but a member of the family. Meditating and reading is how I relax, clear my mind and prepare for the working week.
