After gaining a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Lincoln University, I worked as a landscape architect for several years. During this time, I acquired a keen interest for real estate and it felt like a natural progression when I made the transition into the industry, joining the Barfoot & Thompson Mt Albert branch in 2011.
With a passion for architectural styles, gardening, and development, I have bought and renovated several properties myself. With my extensive knowledge of the renovation process, resource consents and local district plans, I can provide clients with expert advice on marketing a property to attract buyers and secure a sale. Skilled in all aspects of real estate, I have honed my sales, marketing, and negotiation skills and am an expert in the auction process. I work with passion, energy, and an unwavering commitment to achieve the best results for my clients, seamlessly guiding them through their residential real estate acquisitions.
Fluent in Mandarin, I am able to communicate with a wide range of people and my ability to provide consistent communication has resulted in long-lasting client relationships. In my spare time, I like watching movies, travelling and spending time with my daughter. An avid footballer, I manage a soccer team and play twice a week.
