Witnessing my parents migrate to New Zealand and start from scratch, demonstrated how hard work with good work ethics can result in personal growth and accomplishments.

My journey into real estate all started when my family involved me in the process of building their property portfolio. It triggered a love of looking for property, attending auctions and renovating.

Each home is different - I have an eye for seeing a property's underlying potential and attraction. My knowledge of marketing and design means I can help advise clients on how to present their home for sale, and optimise its visibility via strategic digital marketing.

Before making real estate a career, I spent three years studying for a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Operations Management and Information Systems while working as a sales clerk part-time. Through this, I've developed excellent forecasting, communication and stock control skills.

I'm a strong communicator who is able to speak fluent English, Teo Chew and I'm proficient in Mandarin. I'm able to work with a wide range of people, and enjoy selling locally in Mt Albert/Sandringham and the greater Auckland area.
