Digna Clark and Liz Byers helped us sell our cottage, by auction, in Onehunga. The result was very successful. They were open and honest in their appraisals and opinions and gave us some excellent advice on presentation. Their eye for those little details that we might have missed was crucial in obtaining an excellent result.

We particularly remember their advice to paint a certain section of fence. It only took about an hour all up, but the difference was monumental in the overall appearance of the property. It took their experienced eye to pick up on this. Without this advice we would have completely missed this detail which once completed seemed so obvious.
