Another One Sold - I have used Ian and Lisa previously on another property which was challenging, but they got the job done despite the challenges. This one was much more straightforward and the property sold very quickly. They are professional and have a good knowledge of the market in the Glenfield area. This allows them to give realistic market rates, not overstating just to get the client and they have a good database of buyers. Communication is good, open and honest. Highly recommend them as professional real estate salespeople.

We had been house-hunting for nearly three months when we stumbled across Lisa at an open home for a property she was listing. From the outset, Lisa was nothing but helpful and patient....even when we would text her with 30 minutes notice to say we are going to view XYZ houses today (sorry!). Lisa was very responsive every time we text, emailed, called her.

We came across some salespeople who were pushy, they sent us houses way over budget, or they didn't listen to what we were looking for. Lisa was the complete opposite! Never pushy, suggested houses that were aligned to our needs.
