He recommended a marketing package for sale at auction that included advertising, using multiple channels and he held regular open homes and viewings on request. In addition, he was extremely helpful covering property presentation and issues with a challenging tenant situation.

He helped us with the work required and sourced suitable tradesmen who were able to complete the work on schedule. Chris kept in contact with us and we were well-informed as to how things were progressing and the number of people interested.

The outcome of all this work and follow-up was that we had a number of bidders at the auction and we sold at a price above our expectations. We are also grateful to the expertise of the auctioneer.
