I would like you to know that I am absolutely delighted with the way I have been looked after by John, Kurtis and Polina. John kept me informed about Simkin Ave, every step of the way. He took time to drive by Simkin Ave while the works were going on and updated me. My solicitor also appreciated his feedback. Kurtis undertook to attend the various meetings on my behalf, which the owners held on site, saving me the trip from Titirangi to St Johns. Polina has always been pro-active in letting me know when something in one of the properties requires maintenance and has arranged contractors accordingly.
