Lawrence's network has been invaluable, as evidenced in his sales achievements. He works with a number of high net worth individuals looking to invest in the Auckland property market and over the last three-and-a-half years, has sold nearly $50M worth of property on Paritai Drive and neighbouring Huriaro Place. In fact, as at 27 May 2024, he had completed 293 Sales with a value of $474M.
Originally from Shanghai, Lawrence moved to New Zealand as a student and he fell in love with this country. Being a keen soccer player he embraced the outdoor lifestyle and the sports-mad culture.
After graduating from University, he looked around for a career and was fascinated by the real estate Industry. With a hunger to find out more about real estate he started his career in rentals working essentially in the CBD before moving into sales. Working with an Asian company he used his language skills to engage directly with Chinese and South East Asian nationals, keen to buy property in New Zealand.
During his time working with 'Property Asia" he had the opportunity to be involved in sales of not only residential property but gained experience in commercial, lifestyle and business sales. Lawrence has an outstanding work ethic and understands the importance of providing excellent service; his clients and customers recognise his commitment for going the extra mile and refer friends and family to him, increasing his database and leading him to more successful sales.
After working in this Asian Company for two years he became the top salesperson and realised he needed to move to a larger company with a higher profile to realise his goals of becoming one of Auckland's top real estate salespeople. He chose to join Barfoot & Thompson in Mission Bay to access high profile, top-end property.
