Helen and I want to thank you both for the outstanding service you provided resulting in a sale, at a very good price, in a very short timeframe. We chose you two because we had seen properties you were marketing in Remuera and importantly on the Awhitu Peninsula. We were hoping for big city expertise with local knowledge. Looking back on the experience of selling our house by auction we now appreciate just how much Stanley and Barbara Armon and their daughter Kaycee Nicholas advised, recommended, arranged, helped and encouraged us throughout the process. Thirty two years certainly was long enough to put down some permanent roots and having to dislodge those and shift quickly was quite a daunting task !

"I normally don't give these type of referrals, as in my position I am always skeptical that there is never a bad reference out there. However, I am drawn to put pen to paper due to the great experience I have had in dealing with The Armon Family.
From the outset, the sale of our house was going to be a little different - as the person selling our house we would never meet face to face as we were in Australia and the house was in Auckland.
I decided to put together a lengthy question list and ask different agents how they would be able to manage us and also the selling of our property from a distance.
