With a passion for property and a love of working with people, it was only a matter of time before I made real estate a career. And what a great move it was – my skills go far in this industry where hard work always pays off. In 2014, I joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Royal Heights and I haven’t looked back.

Previously a teacher in China for 16 years and an assistant accountant in New Zealand, I’m good with numbers, an excellent listener and communicator and have great computer skills – together with my outstanding customer service, I know how to keep my clients happy.

I am of Chinese descent, so when it comes to working with Chinese clients - whether in a seller or purchaser situation - I understand the way they like to do business and I’m able to speak the language they feel most comfortable with.

I’m an expert on my local property market. I’ve lived here for many years, and take the time to research and understand prices in the area. I am involved in my community through my favourite pastime - badminton.
