Another One Sold - I have used Ian and Lisa previously on another property which was challenging, but they got the job done despite the challenges. This one was much more straightforward and the property sold very quickly. They are professional and have a good knowledge of the market in the Glenfield area. This allows them to give realistic market rates, not overstating just to get the client and they have a good database of buyers. Communication is good, open and honest. We chose Ian and Lisa to be our salespeople after a family member was very happy with how Ian and Lisa helped them sell their property. Just over a month ago my husband and I contacted a number of agents with regard to the selling of a rental property on the North shore.
