You both were so professional, understanding towards my parents needs and wants, you listened and always kept us up-to-date about the progress of each open home. You made sure we knew about any visits outside open home hours and also cared about our safety and well being. You both knew it was my parents first time putting up their home for sale and on the market since living at this residence for 34 years.
