"Although, we are a little behind in reaching our first home milestone, we had extraordinary service from Simer during an ad hoc open home venture we were in. We were in Pokeno and ran into Simer who had just finished her work day. It was close to sunset, midsummer this year, we talked casually about options in Pokeno and she was gracious enough to give us a lot of information about what's available in Pokeno.
