Delemere Place has six brand new three-level townhomes. We approached Rocky (Leah’s team leader) at the beginning of June and at that time our project had been on the market for around two months with other agents. We gave Rocky one of them, Lot 3 for listing. Rocky let his team member Leah do the open homes for this project because she lived in Glen Innes and she is quite familiar with this area. And this is why we knew each other.

At that time I was quite worried and urgent to sell my properties because there were no offers for around two months. Leah encouraged us that the properties would be all sold and told us not worry about it. When Leah started to come to open homes, things changed. She brought me the first offer for Lot 4, it was under contract and sold very quickly! Then she brought a customer to view Lot 1, and it sold! Lot 3 was the last Lot she sold with another buyer! She was not even the listing agent for Lot 1 and Lot 3, but she sold three of six and now my properties are almost sold out! I am quite impressed with her.

I can tell she is very patient and professional with customers. She accompanied customers on rainy days, at night and early in the morning. Customers have a lot of requirements and she always handles and resolves them. And also she is very efficient at communicating with us and she put our and customers’ interests first. I think it is a rare quality and we are happy working with her. She has problem-solving skills, is passionate and responsible and works hard. We can only think that she will get better and better as time goes on.
