Outstanding Sale Experience
Robin Liu, and his associate Richard Qu, of Barfoot & Thompson Howick, successfully marketed and sold our family home by Tender in a depressed market for a price much higher than we could have ever envisaged. We accepted this offer nine days after our listing went live! On both counts this was an outstanding and astounding result for us! This highly successful outcome for us was due, not just to the professionalism of Robin and Richard, but also to their tenacity. We accepted an offer five days after going live but this pair continued to promote our property in the pre-Tender phase and a further four days later, we settled for an amount considerably higher than we had initially accepted. Professional Team We put our home on the market in what (in hindsight), was probably the worst time from a marketing and economic climate point of view. Both Robin and Richard at no point appeared panicked and we all went through the dreadful Open Home Process for a number of weeks, with very little attendance and in some cases none to our absolute horror.
