Since we moved to Australia in 2012, we have been wondering what to do with our house in New Zealand. In 2018, we finally decided to put the house on the market. A friend of ours who had attempted to help us sell the house in 2009, was again asked to help us market it. After extensive renovations, the house went to market but failed to sell. We were resigned to just renting it out in the meanwhile.

In mid-2020, Timothy Pang took the initiative to contact us to ask if we were interested in selling. We were not at all motivated to go through the whole process only to be disappointed again. After all, we had good tenants and felt no pressure to sell. However, Timothy put together an excellent proposal and marketing plan. He went over and above his duty to put all things in place, without too much work on our part.

Our house went to auction in December only weeks after our decision to have him market it for us. The final transfer was settled on the 21st January 2021.
