Seamlessly Managed Property Sale by Auction
Time is not something I have very much of, so when I decided to list my property, I was daunted by the amount of extra work I might need to dedicate to a successful outcome. I needn't have been concerned as Shelley's unpressured, yet timely approach reduced my input to a minimum. 

Shelley was entirely adaptable when Auckland went into Level 4 Lockdown and although the plan changed, the end goal did not. Shelley was respectful of my choices, budget and time restraints. October 2021: we purchased a house marketed by Shelley. Our pre-auction queries were answered quickly and professionally. The marketing description and photos on the listing were very good. The social media material is articulate. A gentle reminder to register for the auction. The bidder registration and phone bidding assistance was extremely helpful and friendly. The after auction assistance was just as friendly and helpful. Very good service overall.
