Whether my clients are buying or selling property, I enjoy helping them navigate what can sometimes be a tricky market. I’ve invested in property myself since I was 25 years old and I enjoy using this knowledge to help others succeed in the real estate sector.

Barfoot & Thompson’s primary focus is on the Auckland and Northland property markets. Focusing on one geographic location ensures that we know the market here better than any other New Zealand real estate company. At present we hold approximately 38% of the market. Also, the fact that our 1,800+ salespeople can introduce buyers and share information on any property that is listed without regional restrictions increases the reach of clients’ property campaigns and creates a beneficial scale of competition.

I gained a Bachelor degree of Computer Science in China. The use of technology, in particular digital marketing, is an essential skill in today’s real estate world and I make sure I keep up with the latest tools for my clients benefit. My key strengths as a salesperson are negotiation and customer service. As well as English, I’m also fluent in Chinese Mandarin – this is particularly beneficial when marketing properties to a wider audience, and negotiating the best price with Chinese buyers.

I have a good overall knowledge of the Auckland region. I’ve lived in this city for over 17 years and my property interests are in Central and East Auckland and on the Shore.

My son and daughter keep me busy when I’m not working and I love to travel with the family. I’m quite a good cook too!
