As you are aware Lynette was recently responsible in completing the sale of our remaining apartment at 6 Maheke Street. We had not previously met Lynette and my wife and myself were immediately impressed by her direct and "no nonsense" approach to marketing our property. Unit 205 is a modern minimalist designed apartment in a concrete building and finished to a very high standard. However, because of the ultra - modern design and fit-out, the market had some difficulty in accepting this product for the initial marketing period. It was at this stage that Lynette's experience and determination came to the fore. She convinced us to "stage" the apartment, change the marketing approach and continued with weekly open homes until the apartment was sold.
