I bring many valuable skills to my real estate sales career but cite 'my drive to get the best results for my clients’ as the key to my success. Over the course of 16 years, I have established a commendable track record in effectively promoting and selling residential properties in Auckland with an average of 100 houses sold every year. Each home is unique and requires a carefully tailored strategy to address current market conditions, and optimise results.
In 2012 and 2014 I was named Top Salesperson in my branch, New Lynn, and from 2016 to 2023 inclusive I was also awarded Top Salesperson at the Mt Roskill branch. I’ve also ranked in the Top 25 in the company for many years and Top 5 performers in the greater Auckland Central regions.
For more than a decade, I’ve demonstrated significant dedication to the Chinese community through my weekly hosting of a television and radio programme on TV Channel 28 and Radio AM936. During these broadcasts, I provide my audience with up-to-date information on real estate, news and my current property listings. Being fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese not only helps strengthen my network, it also allows me to successfully bridge cultural gaps and establish rapport with individuals by conversing in the language they feel most comfortable with.
Prior to my move into real estate, operating my own business equipped me with a multitude of essential talents. I also have a good understanding of the benefits associated with property ownership and can provide trusted advice to clients on maximising value.
