For as long as I have been working in the real estate business, I have taken every opportunity to learn and improve my skills so I can best serve my clients. I’m helping them with life-changing decisions, so I like to be prepared for any situation.
My career began in 2004, and in 2007 I joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Point Chevalier, a suburb handily located just five kilometres west of the Auckland city centre on the southern shores of the Waitemata harbour. I’ve lived in the Blockhouse Bay and New Lynn areas for 20 years and as a salesperson, I work with properties in Mt Albert, Waterview and Avondale. So I have an excellent overall knowledge of the central and western areas of Auckland city.
My background in Computer Engineering and membership of the NZ Master Builders Association gives me a sound knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry. I’m proud to say in 2021, I was a Silver Award Winner for the Registered Master Builders House of the Year! Prior to real estate, I was a Functions Supervisor at The Edge for eight years. It was here I honed my communication and interpersonal skills which contribute greatly to my success in real estate sales.
I love to travel and as I’m a keen photographer, I have a great collection of many wonderful journeys. Reading helps me to relax from a busy working week and whether it’s Peking Duck or a dim sum lunch, I’m a real fan of Chinese cuisine.
I am fluent in English, Mandarin and the Shanghai language. I know property in the wider Auckland area. Give me a call or maybe drop into the office for a chat! I’d love to help you with your property decisions.
